200 ml rose infusion
10 raspberries
2 tablespoons elderberry syrup
2 tablespoons Rosa Rosè Wine Vinegar
Tonic water
Ice

Method

Prepare the rose infusion and allow to cool.
Place the raspberries, elderflower syrup and Rosa Rosè Wine Vinegar in a shaker or fairly large resealable jar.
Mash the raspberries to a puree.
Add ice, the rose infusion and shake for 30 seconds.
Pour into cups. Fill with tonic water.
