Cocoa Cake with vanilla ice cream and Wild berries Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Ingredients:

For the cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of Milk
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 packet of yeast for desserts

For the Ice Cream

1/2 cup of Fresh Milk
1/2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of fresh cream
1 Vanilla bean

To decorate

Wild Berries Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
½ cup of Wild Berries

Method

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa and yeast. Pour milk and oil and mix togetheruntil thoroughly combined (batter will be thin).

Pour into a butter - greased baking dish. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack.

In the meantime, prepare ice cream. Put in a bowl all the ingredients and mix them using a mixer. Pour it in the basket of ice cream maker and in 20 minutes your homemade ice cream will be ready!

Serve the cocoa cake with ice cream, add some wild berries and add a final touch with Wild Berries Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
