Granola with Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

INGREDIENTS for a tray of granola:

400 g oat flakes
60 g cranberries
60 g pumpkin seeds
50 g hazelnuts
2 tbsp Carandini Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
150 g honey
150 g maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
20 g butter

Method

Put the oats, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts and a pinch of salt into a bowl and mix.

Put the liquid ingredients, the two tablespoons of Carandini Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the honey, the maple syrup and the softened butter, into a smaller bowl.

Mix the liquid ingredients well and add them to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Work the mixture with a spatula or with your hands to ensure that all the ingredients blend well.

Spread the granola onto a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160° for 40 minutes. After the first 20 minutes of cooking, turn the granola using a spoon or spatula. Return the granola to the oven and stir every ten minutes.

After 40 minutes of cooking, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool.

Serve the granola accompanied with yogurt and decorate with Carandini Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and some fresh blueberries.
