Carandini to take part to the upcoming edition of "Acetaie Aperte", on Sunday September 25th

Sunday, September 25th, Carandini awaits you for Acetaie Aperte, the initiative put together by the two Consortia for the protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, with the aim of bringing together enthusiasts, food lovers and non-, to discover the secrets of the precious black gold, right where it is born.

An all-round sensory journey that aims at bringing people to explore the qualitative and distinctive elements of the two products, as well as the history of the Company, its roots and its Modenese Tale of Taste.

A 360-degree experience, both indoors and outdoors: there will be a presentation of the entire production chain, starting from the vineyard where the grapes destined for the production of Balsamic vinegar are grown and then the suggestive aging area, with the inebriating Balsamic Vinegar aroma, where age-old barrels and casks tell the story of an ancient tradition carried on with passion and authenticity for nearly 4 centuries.

Thanks to this day, many people will be able to gain more knowledge about the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, learning how to differentiate them and use them in everyday life, and acquiring the right tools to recognize authentic products from imitations.

Acetaie Aperte represents the epitome of a historic collaboration characterized by a common goal between the Consortia for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
