Acetificio Carandini Emilio awarded at ADI Packaging Design Award 2020

Carandini was awarded with ADI Packaging Design Award 2020 as Best Pack 2019.

On the occasion of the Marca show at Bologna Fiera (exhibition centre) the 5th edition of the ADI Packaging Design Awards had celebrated during the show for the most innovative packaging solutions.

The Award – a joint project by ADI Associazione for Disegno Industriale and Marca by Bologna Fiera – aimed at putting value not only on the material of the packaging, but also the non-material aspects regarding the production process, industrial and aesthetic, making innovation and research the leitmotifs of the selection.

The commission, made up of Anna Tortoroglio (Art Director, Professor in charge of packaging at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna), Roberta Zanetti and Gaetano Senatore (DOC Design) and Valentina Downey (president of ADI Emilia-Romagna), selected from the products on display the five that have been able to better combine packaging with innovation and design excellence. Three packaging were chosen in the Food sector, one in the Non Food sector and one received the Special Mention. The products identified represent a pre-selection for the ADI Design Index 2020, which leads to the selection for the famous ADI Compasso d'Oro.

Acetificio Carandini Emilio received the Pack 2019 award "for the construction of a story of the historical values of the company and its territory. The use of the image, illustration, naming and colours makes it an operation of communication and packaging very original in the sector. "
