Rice bowl with smoked salmon and strawberries

280 g brown rice
200 g smoked salmon
200 g strawberries
2 avocados
150 g edamame pod
Black sesame
Rice vinegar
Salt and pepper
Ginger
Soy sauce
Harissa sauce (or similar mildly spicy sauce)

Method

Prepare the sauce with two tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of Carandini Rice vinegar, one inch of chopped ginger root, and 1 tbsp of harissa sauce. Mix well and set aside.

Cook the rice as directed on the package.
Cut the salmon into strips and slice the strawberries and avocado.

Cook the edamame pods for a few minutes in boiling salted water.

Place the warmed up rice in a bowl, roll the salmon strips and lay them on top of the rice.

Top with strawberries avocado and edamame pods.

Add the sauce prepared at the beginning and garnish with black sesame.
