Pulled pork

Boneless shoulder of pork (about 1 kg)
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of Applelixir with Apple Cider Vinegar , Kombucha , Ginger and Turmeric
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of honey
2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbs of onion powder
1/2 tbs of smoked paprika

For coleslaw
1 small white cabbage
Radish
1 Carrot
Mayonnaise
Salt
2 tbsp of Applelixir with Apple Cider Vinegar , Kombucha , Ginger and Turmeric

Method

Mix together 1/2 tsp each smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, chopped
garlic, p epper and brown sugar. Put the pork in a big casserole dish, first brush with extra virgin olive oil , Applelixir and mustard. Then rub over the boneless shoulder of pork with spicies. Cover with the film and leave in the refridgerator for at least 2 3 hours.

Remove from the fridge, cover with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 160 °for 2 hours. Remove the foil and and remove the liquid that is now in the casserole. Leave a part. Leave in the oven for an other hour. Remove from oven and cover with aluminium foil. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Cut the skin off, then shred the meat using two forks. Season with the liquid taken from the casserole mixed with ketchup, salsa Worcestershire, honey and paprika.
Clean and cut gabbage , carrot and radish into julienne strips. Season with mayonnaise , salt and Applelixir . Mix well until it become creamy.
