Method

Streach your pizza base to your desired size.

Sprinkle the pizza uniformly with little pieces of Gorgonzola cheese from Novara.
Follow up by covering these pieces with “Fiordilate di Agerola”, a fresh cheese with spun dough, made from cow's milk.
A really special ingredient for Pizza!

On a pan melt some butter, sweat garlic and parsley and the porcini mushrooms, when ready, place them carefully on all the pizza base.

Bake as recommended for you oven and when ready garnish with Carandini Hibiscus Glaze.
