Oven-baked Chickpea Burger with White Glaze

Ingredients per 8 burger

800 g (2 Can) of Chickpeas
2 spoons of White Glaze & ½ for cooking
10 Dried Tomatoes in Oil
½ Lemon
2 spoons of Rosemary
½ teaspoon of mixed spices (turmeric and cumin)
4 spoons of flour
3 spoons of Bread crumbs pangrattato & more for coating
1 spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and ore for cooking

Method

Drain and rinse the chickpeas and put them into a bowl with spices, lemon juice, rosemary, dried tomatoes and White Glaze. Chop with a mixer or a food processor.

Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, flour, bread crumbs and mix together by hands until the dough is smooth and omogeneus.

Divide the mixture into 8 and press gently to obtain 8 burgers.

In a mini bowl create a vinaigrette of Extra Virgin Oil and White Glaze and brush with oil every burger before coating them in bred crumbs.
Put the burger in a oven tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180.

Serve and decorate the plate with White Glaze with White Condiment.
