1/4 melon
1 peach
1 lime
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Carmela Apple Dressing with Apple Cider Vinegar
Ginger beer
Ice
Lemon balm leaves

Method

Cut and remove the seeds from the quarter melon and remove the rind, cut into large pieces.
Also cut the peach, removing the stone.
Place the melon and peach in a blender and puree by adding the juice of one lime, Carmela Apple Dressing with Apple Cider Vinegar and honey.
Put the ice in a glass, pour in the resulting juice and top with ginger beer.
Decorate with a piece of melon and some lemon balm leaves.
