Grilled salmon with feta, radishes and mint

For Marinating

2 tbsp of Applelixir with Apple Cider Vinegar , Matcha Tea, Spirulina and Mint
2 tbsp of mustard
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

2 salmon steaks

For Salad
1 head of lettuce
1 precooked beet root
3 Radishes
50 gr of feta
Fresh
Mint leaves

Method

For marinating put in a bowl all the ingredients and mix well until a
smooth cream is obtained . B rush abudantly the salmon steaks.
Leave a part the rest of the marinating sauce that will be a perfect dressing for the salad .

Make the salmon steaks rest for 10 minutes.

Then heat a pan and grill salmon until cooked through.
Clean and cut the lettuce, beetroot and radishes .
Place the lettuce, beetroot and radishes on a dish and serve salmon .
Finish with feta and fresh mint leaves.
Dress with the marinating sauce .
