Method

Prepare the marinade by placing in an abundant bowl extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper as needed, a clove of garlic (optional) and 2 tablespoons of Bianca Sweet White Vinegar.

Wash the prawns, drain and dry them gently with a cloth.
Put the prawns in the bowl with the marinade and let them sprinkle. Marinate them for thirty minutes.

Heat the grill and put an aluminum foil on it to prevent the prawns from sticking.

After the marinating time, lay the prawns on top of the aluminum foil and grill the prawns for about 5 minutes, turning them frequently and paying attention to cook them evenly.

Remove the prawns from the grill and serve them hot on the table.
Accompanying them with a fresh mixed salad and datterini tomatoes, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and Bianca Sweet White Vinegar.

Our finest vinegars bear the names of our ancestors and come in two different categories:
The "dense" vinegars — Emilio Gold, Emilio Silver and Bianca — creamy in texture due to the high density of grape must, matured in wooden barrels.
The "aged" vinegars — Antonio Gold and Giuseppe Silver — left to mature in wooden barrels for many years.
