3 Strawberries
7 ml Ginger syrup
7 ml Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Emilio Silver
7 ml Spritz Lyre's Italian Sprtiz
44 ml Seedlip Grove
60 ml Club soda (or sparkling water)

Method

Muddle 3 strawberries in the ginger syrup. Then add Carandini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Emilio Silver, Lyre's Italian Spritz, seedlip Grove and shake well.
Strain the mix into a Collins glass, over crushed ice and add the club soda.
Garnish with ginger candy and strawberry.
