Egg pudding caramelized with Carandini Bianca and crispy mixed nuts

250g of whole milk

200g sugar

4 eggs

Crushed nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds)

100g Carandini “Bianca” White Condiment

2 tablespoons icing sugar

Method

In a bowl work the eggs and sugar with a whisk. Put the milk in a steel saucepan and bring to the boil.

Add in the eggs the milk and the sugar and allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes. Divide the mixture into single portions on a cup cake baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 160 °. Meanwhile in a saucepan put the remaining sugar and the Carandini “Bianca” White Condiment once it starts to caramelize turn it off.

Remove the egg puddings from the oven and put them in a dish. Cover them with the caramelized White Condiment

Sprinkle with icing sugar and crushed nuts.
