400g chicken breast
1 avocado
1 cucumber
lettuce leaves
100 g edamame
8 green Sardinian tomatoes
oil
salt
pepper
3-4 tablespoons Lucia Rice Vinegar Dressing with Concentrated Grape Must
1 tablespoon mustard

Method

Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and cover with the Lucia Rice Vinegar Dressing, mustard, salt, pepper and oil and marinate for one hour.
Heat the grill pan, grill the chicken on both sides and drizzle with the marinade.
Cut the vegetables and season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
Plate by serving the chicken on top of the vegetables.
