45ml Green Apple juice
15ml Honey syrup
15ml Sweet White Vinegar Bianca Carandini
fresh mint leaves
Ginger beer to top up (120-150ml)

Method

Fill 2/3 of a highball cocktail glass with ice cubes.
Add in the green apple juice, Bianca Carandini Sweet white vinegar and honey syrup. Top up with ginger beer.
Add a few mint leaves and mix throughouly using a stirrer.
