150 g basmati rice
100 g of peas
4-5 radishes
160 g beef cut into cubes
flour
Olio

For Green Pesto
1 cup of basil leaves
3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
30 g of grated parmigiano reggiano
1 spicchio d’aglio
2 tbsp of Applelixir with Apple Cider Vinegar , Matcha Tea, Spirulina and Mint
Blanch almonds
Salt and pepper

Method

Cook basmati rice according to instructions. Boil the peas in salted water.
Flour the beef cubes Heat a pan with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add beef cubes until they are completely cooked .

For the green pesto, add al the ingredients in a blender and mix until it
becomes smooth.

Place the basmati rice in the bowl and then add peas beef cubes and radishes cutted into slices. Season with green pesto, mint leaves and lime.
