Apple Plum Cake with cinnamon and Sweet White Vinegar

200 g of rice flour
120 g raw sugar
3 eggs
80 g of butter lactose-free
70 ml vegetable drink with almonds
3 Tablespoons of Bianca Sweet White Vinegar
4 Apples
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Pocket of yeast for desserts

Method

In a bowl add eggs, sugar and cinnamon and mix together.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the almond drink.
Put everything together and mix. Add 3 tablespoons of Bianca Sweet White Vinegar, rice flour and yeast.

Wash, clean and cut into cubes 4 apples and add them to dough.

Pour the dough into a buttered and floured cake pan for plum cake.
Garnish the plum cake with apple slices and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Bake in the oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
