This riff on the classic recipe pairs pastry chef Nicola Olivieri’s award-winning panettone with Carandini’s signature Emilio Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
A four-day production, two of which are dedicated to its natural fermentation, brings about a lavishly soft panettone.
